Services and Quotes
- All quotes provided are valid for 30 days.
- Prices are subject to VAT.
- We reserve the right to revise a quote if the scope of work changes.
Booking and Payment
- A deposit is required to confirm any booking.
- Full payment is due within 7 days of project completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may incur interest of 2% per month.
Project Timelines
- We strive to meet all agreed timelines but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, supply issues, or third parties.
- Any delays caused by the client (e.g. lack of access) may result in additional charges.
Client Responsibilities
- Ensure the work area is accessible and safe.
- Inform us of any known hazards or hidden services (e.g. water or electrical lines).
- Obtain necessary permissions if required (unless otherwise agreed).
Materials and Ownership
- We may use alternative equivalent materials if items are unavailable.
- All materials supplied by AV Bathrooms Ltd remain our property until paid in full.
Guarantees and Warranty
- We provide a 12-month guarantee on our workmanship.
- Product warranties are covered by the manufacturer.
- Damage caused by misuse or third-party work is not covered.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Deposits may be non-refundable, depending on work already scheduled or materials ordered.
- You may be liable for reasonable costs incurred before cancellation.
Liability
- We hold public liability insurance for all work undertaken.
- AV Bathrooms Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Direct liability is limited to the total contract value.
Privacy and Data
- We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
- Your data will only be used to fulfil your request and manage our service to you.

Force Majeure
